Stock
The offer of our products is limited. Rights
In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal of distance sales within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods, the direct costs of returning the product will be borne by the consumer. The product must be returned within these 14 days. Within this period, the product must have been sent and, above all, received and confirmed by our warehouse. If the product arrives at the warehouse after these 14 days, we will not refund the amount paid.
Once the product has been received within the stipulated period and verified that it is in perfect condition, the amount corresponding to the product will be returned within a period not exceeding 14 days.
Returns
The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, with all accessories and relevant documentation and without transport labels.

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to the law:
Food refunds, press articles and magazines are not accepted, products that due to their nature can not be returned (due to hygiene and / or health reasons) or can expire quickly.
In the event that the product requires personalization, once requested the personalization of the product, it can not be returned for withdrawal because according to the provisions of article 103 of RD 1/2007 in relation to the exclusions to the right of withdrawal, it is a cause of exception of this right.

If the product is incomplete:
Similarly, if your package is missing some item or piece that according to the total product you must provide this information within the same period of 48 hours after receipt of the package:

2. Photograph of the attached label of the transporter
3. Image of the list of products where the stamps of the trainers are observed

Absence or impossibility of delivery:
If the user erroneously provides his information when placing the order, is not at home at the time of delivery of the product or it is lost on the way to the address for these reasons, the same user must pay again the costs of shipment to repeat the shipment of the order again in case of stock. If the user prefers the refund, it must be taken into account that it will be done by discounting the return expenses of the failed delivery attempt.
