If you receive an error message when you pay, try a little later or try to pay with another payment method than we have available. You have the option to pay by credit / debit card, telephone payment, PayPal and bank transfer.
Can not pay with a credit / debit card? Check that you have correctly included the card number, expiration date and the CVV code.
Can not pay with your PayPal account? Do not forget to check that the associated account has funds available, if it is blocked or if there is another type of problem with your PayPal account.
Remember to update the app with the latest version: 4.0 to avoid these technical errors.
