You have to identify yourself in Ubeo to access your account and your coupons.
If you do not log out expressly, sometimes you will enter the Ubeo app or website and the system will have kept the session open. If so, you will have direct access to your coupons and to bid. If not, you will have to log in by pressing the "login" button if you are in the app or "Sign in" if you are on the web.
