If you can not bid, pay, or access your account to see that your auctions have been won and can access the download of your vouchers, there are several reasons.
Most likely you are not identified in the free time auction. In order to identify you, you need your username (your e-mail address) and your password.
If the system does not recognize your password, you may have forgotten it. You can reset it by following these simple steps:
1. Enter the app in the login area and click on the link Forgot your password?
2. Enter your e-mail and click on "Send"
3. The system indicates that you have already completed the first step with this screen
4. Go to your e-mail inbox and look for our e-mail (from Leisure Auction). It may be in the SPAM folder. If you find it, open it and click on "change password"
5. The link takes you to a page on our website where you can enter a new password (twice). Then click on "Send"
It is finished! Go back to the app and enter your username (your email address) and the new password you just reset.
