Ubeo orders can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. The return shipping costs are charged to the customer. See the return policy below.
How to return an order?
Fill out the form you will find at www.ubeo.app/hello to initiate the return procedure. We will contact you and we will give you the address to which you must send the order.
Go to the nearest post office and pay the shipping amount.
Keep your voucher
When the supplier has confirmed the receipt of the package, we will refund the value of the order using the original payment method (without including the value of the discount code applied).
Note: Throughout the process, we are committed to inform the supplier that the package will be returned to your warehouse.

CAN I CHANGE MY PRODUCTS?
Ubeo does not offer the possibility of changing products.
CAN I CONTINUE MY RETURN?
The deadlines to start the refund can vary up to a maximum of 14 days. Then you have up to 10 days for the product you send to reach our supplier's warehouse. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
CAN I RETURN A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
Ubeo and its suppliers are responsible for all these products. If your product is defective in material or production, assistance will be offered according to the place of purchase.
Remember that for broken arrival products there is a maximum period of 2 days from receipt, if we do not receive it within the deadline, unfortunately, you will not be able to process the incident.
