- Through ubeo.app/hola choose the option "Received a defective or incomplete product".
- Then briefly indicate the state in which the product was received and what is the incidence that claims
- To be able to manage the incident you should always include: images or video (whatever is necessary) so that the product is clearly visible (if a piece is missing, if it does not work, etc). You must also include images of the product packaging (box or envelope), the shipping label and delivery note if the order includes it.
- All images should be seen clearly.
For the claim to be taken into consideration it must be sent within a maximum period of 48 hours once the order is received. Claims that are out of time will not be considered.
Claims submitted for defective products that are not under the motive indicated above will not be considered correct, and therefore will not be handled; likewise claims that do not contain the necessary images or videos will not be accepted.
Once the claim is submitted, our agents will contact you in a maximum of 72 hours. Remember that our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
